Inspired by The 40 Point Plan Movie
I have never submitted a petition before but, after seeing something very exciting and ground breaking I needed to act. My problem with our government today is the same problem all of you have. We are exasperated with our government and especially the congress. They are too busy worrying about what makes sense to their big money donors, their own political re-election and how to hurt their opposition party than they are in drafting and passing legislation to will help and benefit us “The People”.
I saw this trailer for a movie the other day that got my attention. They were talking about a national polling app. Fictional of course but why not. Why couldn’t we as frustrated Americans vote from our computers or smart phones on issues in congress that we really need. With this app we can vote and have our voices heard. If we could get government to implement this application, we wouldn’t have to worry about being taken for a congressional ride with nothing being done or accomplished.
